Grey Lynn Residents Association Inc will hold its AGM at 7:00 PM on 4 December 2023 at Grey Lynn RSC. Open invite to all Grey Lynn residents.

1. Minutes of the 2022 AGM (held June 2023)

Resolution: That the 2022 minutes be accepted.

2. Committee Report

Resolution: That the 2023 Committee Report be accepted.

3. Financial Report

Resolution: That the financial report for the year ending March 2023 be accepted.

4. Election of Committee Members

  • Call for nominations.
  • Brandon Wilcox, David Batten, Joanna Hurst and Tania Mace are available for reelection.
  • Dan Salmon and Nicola Legat are in the second year of their two-year terms on the committee.

    * High crime rate
    * Highrise replacing pensioner housing on Surrey Crescent, more congestion/parking
    * Sewage issue
    * Resident parking only for Selbourne Street
    * High crime rate
    * Berms overgrown on council land
    * Traffic light setting surrey crescent out of sink with village traffic light causing traffic to back up on Surrey Crescent right back to Richmond Road
