Resolution: That the 2025 minutes be accepted.
2. Committee Report
Resolution: That the 2026 Committee Report be accepted.
3. Financial Report
Resolution: That the financial report for the year ending March 2026 be accepted.
4. Election of Committee Members
- David Batten, Peter Bell, John Dymond, Joanna Hurst, Tania Mace and Brandon Wilcox have come to the end of their two-year terms and are available for reelection.
- Dan Salmon and Nicola Legat are in the second year of their two-year terms on the committee.
